Now closed. I presume this follows the reduction in the minimum stakes of FOBTs and everyone doing things online.
Any idea if it’s being eyed-up for something new? Work going on upstairs for new residential and renovation at the old fish shop too.

Our nearest branch has just closed too. Sad for the staff losing their jobs, but pleased these nasty, exploitative places are disappearing from the high street.

From the looks of things, there’s a bit of work being undertaken inside. Very little so far, but fresh timber inside. Question is what will replace it? Quite a few empty shops along this row (the chippy, Yardley’s grocery and the old newsagents) opportunity for someone I’d hope. The WH is a big site, in particular.
