Unable to PM members who have hidden public profiles

When I click on their avatar, nothing happens.

Hi @Poppet21, thanks for reporting this issue. I notice you have a high enough “trust level” to be able to PM, so perhaps there is a system issue. Do other verified members see the PM button when clicking on avatars?

It says the user"s public profile is hidden. Does that mean they don’t want to be pm’d ?

All members - Your preference “Hide my public profile and presence features” can be changed here: /se23.life/my/preferences/interface

Appears hiding your public profile may affect your ability to receive PMs
