Scaffolder truck blocking pavement on dangerous corner of south circular close to forest hill station
V dangerous to force pedestrians into the road at that point (without proper closing / signage / cones etc).

Especially bad as that’s the route to get around to the step-free entrance of the station, if coming from the South-side and can’t use steps for any reason.
