Does anyone know of a good watch repairer locally - not just battery etc but actual repairs? I went to Timpsons at Bell Green but the person there is so rude I will not go back there.
Not in SE23, but I went to Solitare Jewellers in Penge to get my watch repaired recently.

Iād recommend The Watch Polisher on Lordship Lane in East Dulwich, only popped in there for a minor adjustment but the guy was really friendly and ended up doing it for free as well!

The watch guy in the Catford Market is very good.
I can second Solitaire as a great jeweller. Got my wedding ring there and had excellent service.

Not a watch but jewellery repair at solitaire, service was amazing, drop ring off mid morning and it was ready by 4.15pm

Hamiltons on Dartmouth Road gave his watch repair kit to the Key Cutter business on London Road SE23, when he was next to the Chicken Shop. The Key Cutter shop is now on the opposite side of London Road, and may still be repairing watches-but may only be able to replace watch batteries.
