Hi…I found a sick looking/very lethargic cat in Garlies Road about 1pm today. Grey/black with white paws. Quite skinny too. Not obviously injured but difficulty breathing and struggling to move. Have contacted the RSPCA and a kind neighbour is taking it to her vet. Posting here in case anybody recognises it.
