I voted for a park as I was under the impression housing or a school wouldnât be possible on a contaminated site. Iâd vote for housing if I thought it was a viable option.
I donât think viability is an issue. One option is Waitrose (not sure why anybody would think that is viable), and the current leader is a Bakerloo line terminus (even Iâm not optimistic enough to vote for that)
