It does raise the interesting point about one of the often overlooked downside of gentrification; Family’s who have lived in the same communities for generations being forced out, often because housing being no longer affordable.
The other thing which i see as being the real irritant to many is the pace of change… particularly evident in many Brexit supporting areas.
