They really take advantage of the fact they know they can act without consequence! Have they confirmed why or is it just a profit making exercise at the expense of everyone who actually needs to leave Lewisham.

Additionally, the overground is currently down from New Cross Gate and it’s now going to take 76 mins to get from Canada Water to home! Not sure is Southern is running from LB.

This weekend’s closure is to finish off the London Overground platforms at Whitechapel. The current suspension is due to a fire alert at the East London Line NXG signal box, trains are at a stand. Southern aren’t affected, you should be able to get the half-hourly LBG-East Croydon train with no issue.

I’ve really enjoyed the lack of services due to a delayed line that doesn’t serve people south of the river… I propose splitting away from north London and taxing anyone wanting to come south of the river, but obviously free if you’re travelling north. Also Morley’s would be the only chicken shop allowed to franchise in South London.

I for one would wholeheartedly support a Morley’s Tax
