While taking of keeping the neck warm. I often get a very stiff painful neck. Especially at the base of my skull.
I have started golfing to the Wellness rooms on Brockley Rise. I see a woman called Marion Courthard. I have an Indian head massage. Which includes not just the head but the neck a& shoulders as well. It costs £40 for 30 mins (initially 45 mins to do an assessment) but my neck has been sooo much better.
Would highly recommend.
