Nowhere near that! We moved here in December 1999.

76 years. I’d heard the area was “up and coming” from a friend. I popped over from Clapham on my pony and immediately fell in love with the area.

To my eternal shame I have never lived in Forest Hill, although my dad did for a while back in the early 80s.

My grandparents moved here over 100 years ago. Although I think back then it was part of Sydenham and actually in Kent!
