Does anybody know why there seems to always be a man on the corner of Hindsly place directing cars away? I think it might be only for permit cars but there’s only got to be like 10 max houses down there.
Or… what are they hiding? 
Put there by the hall on Perry Vale (the annoying one) to stop visitors to events parking there.
