Rail Insider news reports that new high tech e-scooter services from ScootRail are to go head to head with Southern Railways. The new ‘e-Scoota’ service could halve the cost of a one way trip to Victoria or London Bridge.
Prototypes have been trialled secretly during the frequent maintenance closures over the last two years.
