Friends Meeting - June 2020 Thursday, June 25, 2020 8:00 PM - 9:00 PM
This is a general meeting, open to the wider Friends group rather than just the Committee, that we must hold at least four times a year (although in practice we operate an open-door policy at all times).
This is the first time that we will hold a meeting using a format based on our new strategy - this is therefore an ideal opportunity to get involved and volunteer for some new activities that we are planning for the rest of the year and into 2021.
Given the ongoing social distancing guidance, this will be a virtual meeting using Google Hangouts. You can join the meeting in two ways:
‘Park’ focus area:
a) updates on Signage, bins, benches & picnic tables, Montacute Road entrance
b) any other updates from members
c) volunteering for unassigned projects
d) longer-term ideas
‘People’ focus area:
a) update on festival
b) any other updates from members
c) volunteering for unassigned projects
d) longer-term ideas
‘Public bodies’ focus area:
a) update on Green Flag
b) any other updates from members

‘Good governance’ focus area:

Amendment to the agenda for tomorrow (apologies for the oversight during a frazzled period). As is, until…
