Looks like it’s the “top” end near the Railway Telegraph… maybe over one of the shops/restaurants…

At a very rough guess, going by road closure, it is the lower part with the shops on.
Searching Twitter for more info now, but LFB map seems to point to the shop side.
Luckily the fire station is just around the corner from that area…
