Morning, really sorry to have to put this post up.There is a small grey cat that appears to have been fatally hit by a car and is lying on the side of the rd. I am tempted to gently move the cat out the way but not sure where to take them. So sad

I think vets may take them, and also be able to scan the chip to contact the owners (assuming it is chipped and details up to date).
