Builder / handyman with experience of digging trial pits

Hi I am wondering if anyone knows of a builder or handyman that can

  • dig a couple of trial pits in so a structural engineer can investigate our foundations
  • open up the corners of a couple of windows so we can investigate the condition of the lintels
  • open a section of an interior wall to identify if it is load-bearing.
