Had an acquintance who worked at Wagamama for several months. He seemed to be very pleased with the working conditions.

We had some earlier in the week, it was nice if not amazing, think we’ll try them again in a bit. I did overorder massively - never look at the menu when you’ve hardly eaten all day!

I used to work at Wagamama and can confirm that they treat their staff poorly. Bullying was rife. People on zero hour contracts. I was unlawfully paid below minimum wage the entire time as was not paid for pre-shift team briefings. They might try and come across all liberal and progressive but they are no better than Sports Direct.

We ordered as well. Food was delicious, arrived piping hot and presented well.
