Anyone else having huge issues lately with Virgin Media broadband dropping out every couple of hours (for about 10-15 mins at a time)? It’s getting extremely tedious and making it very hard to WFH.
Anyone had this and had any success stories of getting it fixed? I’m hoping it’s a problem in the area that will get fixed soon…!
Virgin Broadband user here. We’re not experiencing any problems at the moment. All seems to be okay. I have also checked the Service Status on their website and it’s not showing any broadband issues. We are in Sunderland Road though. There may be a local issue in your area maybe? Are the lights on your router doing anything unusual? It might be trying to download and install new firmware. But that normally happens overnight.
