Great, will do!

I will try & pop down soon

@Liz_Hall and I just tried the Honor Oak Wellness rooms for the beginners Pilates class (every Weds, 7:15pm, £12 / 6 classes for £60). It was matt-based, and we used also some stretchy rubber ribbon and a squishy ball (I’m sure they have scientific names).

Was relaxing and gentle, and got me working my back and core… and thinking about my posture. Would recommend. The tutor, Elina, is away for the next couple of weeks, and Holly is taking her place.

They have a good mobile app for booking:

Reviving this old thread to say I finally went to Studio One last night for a 1-2-1 equipment Pilates session and it was fabulous. Wonderful facilities and a great instructor who took a lot of time to assess what I needed and how a long-term injury has affected other parts of my body. There was a mat class going on in the studio next to the equipment room that also looked the business. They keep numbers small so the instructors can give everyone attention. And booking is available online, always a plus in my book!

I’ve been to both the Sunflower Centre and Studio One, and both are excellent.
