It’s in an “up-and-coming” area near Dalmain School. I’m delighted because it’s just round the corner to me and fingers crossed it’ll be the first place round here that serves a decent flat white!

There’s also cafe-style seating in the refitted unit that used to be Bubbles corner shop on the corner of Brockley Rise and Stanstead Road.
@anon5422159 While am hoping that 41 delivers too there are already cafes local to Honor Oak that serve decent coffee. Arlo & Mo, Norris & Knight, Le Querce and Cafe G spring to mind. Provender also serves a decent coffee though not strictly a cafe. Am sure there are others.
