Hi there, I’m looking for someone to provide some much needed back up (I will be here too) with cleaning, tidying and childcare, from 5-7pm 4/5 nights a week in Honor Oak Park. Our cleaner is going on a holiday for a month so we’d like to use a service to fill the gap. I appreciate the multiple recommendations for Jane Jefferson but they cannot help out during the Christmas season.
Anyone have other good or bad experiences with services like Molly Maid?
Any experience out there use Get Set Clean? This looks like a service similar to Task Rabbit which for a fee farms out to independent workers.
Hello.
We use these guys for cleaning and have a weekly cleaner via them for nearly a year. Really pleased with the standard of our cleaner and there is always a back stop of the agency if you’re not happy (although not had to use).

We just had our second visit by Bianca who works for Get Set Clean. We’ve been very happy with their service. Bianca has done an excellent job and we have her coming for a couple more weeks. Get Set Clean also have a great app which you can track the jobs you book and communicate with the cleaners. But they are equally good in communicating by email and responding to specific needs.
While we will return to our regular cleaner (of 15 years) when she is back from her holiday, I’d have not problem in recommending Get Set Clean for occasional jobs, holiday cover or probably something more permanent.
As a guideline we are paying £12.50 an hour. There are options to add on extras such as ironing.

Depends how often and how many hours you’ll need I still having some availability.
If I can’t fit into my schedule, I have an girl working with me and she has some availability.
Generally I book one day to see the flat/house and check how many hours I need to clean it.

Can recommend Dulwich Cleaning Company. One cleaner assigned to client, cover arranged for holidays, illness etc. Reasonable rates. Speak to owner Jaylen, who is approachable and flexible.

I was just wondering if any of the cleaning companies/persons recommended above provide deep cleans for residential properties including cleaning of carpets, appliances, hardwood etc.
Or if anybody has any other recommendations for residential deep clean companies?
Finding some online but with conflicting reviews so not sure which companies can be trusted.

Last time I looked, admittedly some time ago, they had very good reviews.
